The location is excellent, a little away from all the noise, but less than 10-min walk from the beach. We got a north-facing balcony which was great as it wasn't too hot in the afternoon. The bed was huge (2 separate mattresses on a single base). Plenty of storage space for clothes and other stuff. Breakfast was plain&decent, a choice of 4 options /9all include tea/coffee, toasts and fruit), nothing to complaint about, but for the same 150 thb you can get a meal outside, so next time I wouldn't pay for breakfast in advance.

The receptionist was really helpful. She allowed late check out with minimal fees. The location is very near to Karon beach with lots of food/drink options.

Property was close to the beach and bars around Karon. Nice , clean room with a half decent view.
